Need In Community

TripleCN Nursing Agency was created by Sush Wagener in 2011, a nurse that wanted to shake things up and create a business that was not in the market. Sush wanted a model that centred around diversity in practice for practitioners knowing it would result in a meaningful care model for patients and participants. In 2021 Sush and the team noticed a need in community for nurses with this fresh approach to be supporting individuals who’s goal was to live independently with high level acute care and general supports. All delivered by the one team.

Being guided by the values of compassion, care and commitment, TripleCN Community Nursing and Support Services came to life in 2021 and is growing at a rapid rate. The team are offering a range of support services, complex assessments, high intensity care plans and healthcare worker training.

Our team are individually qualified, accredited and registered to deliver care and support to you. As members of Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPHRA) our nurses are held to high standards. TripleCN Community is registered to deliver key services, outlined in our care and services page, via National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS).

Sush Wagener

Director  |  In 2011 I had a dream to provide a dedicated and compassionate nursing service to the Newcastle area. TripleCN Nursing Agency was born from this dream and TripleCN Community Nursing and Support Services followed. I am the Director of the organisation, and with a 25 year history as a Registered Nurse working clinically in health care management and project management. I oversee the organisation and am proud of its achievement in practicing the values of compassion, commitment and caring.

Operations Manager  |  I have been the Operations Manager at TripleCN since 2014. I have a broad range of experience including health care management and have practiced as a Registered Nurse for over 25 years in acute care.

Chief Finance Officer  |  Joining TripleCN Nursing Agency as CFO in mid 2023, I look forward to helping the business grow sustainably so we can continue to serve the local community and healthcare industry in meaningful ways.

Payroll and Finance Officer  |  I have been a part of TripleCN Nursing Agency since it’s inception in 2011. My role as a Payroll and Finance Officer encompasses a variety of administrative tasks including payroll and HR.

Jocelyn Barker

Jocelyn Barker

Marketing and Client Relationship Officer  |  I have worked for TripleCN Nursing Agency since 2013 and perform a variety of roles, which makes every day different! My primary role is in marketing as a Client Relationship Officer, which encompasses stakeholder relations, social media, website maintenance and event management. My background is working in acute care for 22 years as an EEN throughout medical and surgical units, specialising in cardiology and cardiothoracic nursing.

Administration Officer  |  In 2016, I decided to change my career path, completing my Certificate III in Health and Business Administration. I gained employment with TripleCN Nursing Agency in January 2017 as an Administration Officer.

Mikayla Murray

Administration Officer  |  I began my employment with TripleCN Nursing Agency in July of 2021 as a Trainee Administration Officer. Since then, I have obtained my Certificate III in Business Administration and I am now studying to complete my Certificate III in Individual Support.

Community Case Manager  |  I commenced working at TripleCN as a Registered Nurse in November 2020, doing agency shifts while developing the community nursing and support services arm of the business. My roles now are Community Case Manager and Clinical Nurse Consultant. I also develop and deliver staff education. I commenced my nursing career initially as an AIN, furthering my studies to become an EN, and eventually graduating as an RN. My clinical background working across public and private health includes experience in medical, surgical, spinal rehabilitation, palliative care, chemotherapy administration and discharge planning. I am also a qualified Midwife. My passion is community nursing, enabling and supporting people to continue to live in their own homes.

Community Administration Officer  |  I started work at TripleCN Nursing Agency this year, bringing 15 years of administration experience with me. Over the last 7 years I have worked in the aged care and healthcare industries. I am very passionate about working with people in the community.
